great service, very responsive, good value

We've been with Allstate for about 3 years now and have had a number of issues with our policies. Both were with adjusters who came to examine our properties. The first attempted to force us to put a new roof on when there was nothing wrong with the current one. The second canceled our homeowners policy despite repairs that had already been made. We sent over a dozen photos as proof, and it took days to straighten out the problem. I'm not happy navigating the app.

Since my original post, I've had no more dealings with Allstate so no problems. The office has been good at helping make changes that needed to be made, and I believe the app has been updated for easier navigation. That's important to me since I do everything online.

This review is a pleasure to write. I used Allstate insurance in Florida and when we moved to Missouri our Florida agent set us up with the Allstate office of Jacquelyn Nolan. What a pleasant experience the transition to Missouri was thanks to Jaquelyn Nolan and Amanda Lowery. They took care of everything with no problems whatsoever. Dr Nevins is fantastic! He was so informative and attentive. He made me feel at ease and comfortable as sometimes going to the doctor can be a little stressful and nerve-racking. I would highly recommend Dr. Nevens to anyone! Also, the staff was incredibly organized and very pleasant. The offices are extremely clean and modern. 10 out of 10!

I was very impressed with how through everyone was and how I was treated very well and the Doctor took the time to explain everything so I understood!! The best experience I have had in a very long time!! I would recommend him and his team very highly!!

Dr. Nevins did a super job explaining my knee pain and options to deal with it. He thoroughly reviewed the MRI images and spent time answering questions. Dr. Nevins made me feel comfortable and confident that he could deal with my knee issue. I would highly recommend him.

The staff is very friendly and they provide excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing insurance. A job well done.

Jacquelyn Nolan All-State Agency was able to find the best deal for me w out any hassle. I just had to provide the information and my signature. My rates have remained the same at each renewal. This was a blessing since my account were going up everytime I needed to renew my policy w my previous ins provider.

I was amazed how quickly I was able to get an appt. They practised good social distancing & precautions. The staff was great. My x-ray tech a sweetheart being patient with my pain & lack of mobility. Dr. Nevins was professional & warm at the same time. He listened, he explained things clearly in a way I could understand. It's very reassuring when a Dr. who may very well be doing surgery on me takes the time to talk with me, respectful & kind. Thank you Dr. Nevins ☆♡☆♡

I found the staff very friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I don't have insurance so my biggest concern was how much could be done with the funds I had available at the time and everyone at the office understood and took that into consideration during my visit. Very happy I went there and I would recommend this office to anyone in the future
