I'm on week two trying their meal preps and I must say they are very delicious. They have a variety of choices and I have not been disappointed at all. Portions are just right and very filling. I will continue to purchase meal preps from them for sure. Highly recommended👌

I wanted to take the time to complement this great establishment. The owners at the moment you walk in they great you with enthusiasm. Any questions you have they go above and beyond to assist you with your goals. They are also running a restaurant inside vitamin hub and the food is just amazing and they are serving you quality, and on top of that they are doing meal preps that have a variety of meals so your never bored. Please check them out you will not be disappointed.

Come see Luis with that amazing customer service and amazing food!! He helped me out and explained the supplements I needed to achieve my goals and I've been satisfied with there help I still come to him when I need more supplements and they're delicious food 10/10 would recommend to anyone that really wants to but in that work and see results they want Luis is that guy that can help you get there.

The Smoothies here are great, highly recommended for anyone looking for a good healthy smoothie!!
