I got to the branch and waited a couple minutes in line. Ashken went above and beyond to help assist me. I was really thinking of closing all my chase accounts and going to BOFA. The branch manager, Patricia, sat down with us and fixed our mistake. She took as much time as we needed explaining different products we were interested in.
