“My family bought an RV from Best Time RV in June because we all had pandemic-induced cabin fever. When we showed up in their parking lot in the morning we told them we needed to be on the road within a couple of days. They said it would be tough to do, but they made it happen. Between June, 2020 and January, 2021 we put over 15,000 miles on the RV with no issues. We moved across country and had to sell the RV in January 2021. I expected to have a bunch of negative equity because we had only owned it for 6 months and had put so many miles on it, but I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to re-sell it for almost as much as we paid for it. When we purchased it we also purchased an extended warranty, which we cancelled when we re-sold it. Best Time RV was super professional and prompt in getting our refund from the warranty company and sending us a refund check. The first check they sent us got lost in the mail because of our move and problems we had with getting our mail forwarded, but when I told them we hadn't received it they immediately offered to stop payment on the check and send me a second check with a tracking number. Thank you everyone at Best Time RV for giving us such a great price on our RV, providing such phenomenal service, and always being 100% honest, transparent, and professional!”
