“I needed new wiper blades but had no idea what I was looking for. The gentleman at the front desk could tell and chimed in to let me know they can search their database to tell me exactly what I need. They had the wipers I needed, I needed two different kinds but they had a buy one get one free deal so that was very convenient (note that this doesn’t sound like a year-round deal and may not be the same for everyone). They also went the extra mile of putting them on for me and even let me know I put my old ones on backwards while showing me the proper way to install them. When the gentleman was done installing them he took the old ones back with him to dispose of without me even saying anything. The whole process maybe took 10 minutes and barely cost $20. That’s about as ideal of an experience as I could ask for.”

“I had a dead battery in my car this morning. I had a friend give me a jump from my house and followed me down to O'Reillys. The guy there refused to help me and not only that, they gave me the wrong battery. ? I was referred down to Atlas Auto and I spoke with David. He was amazing! He was so nice and so willing to help and so honest! Plus, buying the correct battery through him was over $50 cheaper than O'Reillys on Silverado and Eastern where they were rude, refused to help me, and gave me the wrong battery.
