“I am not one to ever submit reviews but had to after the excellent care we received! We recently moved to LV from New Mexico where quality healthcare was non existent. I called ENTC on a Saturday and requested an appointment to have my 4 year old daughter examined for constant ear infections/sinus congestion concerns that were previously dismissed by other doctors! They returned my call first thing Monday morning and saw her that same day! Dr. Mirabal confirmed what we knew all along. She needed tubes and needed her adenoids removed! Everything from patient care, to Melissa in Scheduling, the front desk staff, preregistration, every single person was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind! They all called the day before surgery and even the anesthesiologist called me to discuss the surgery and any concerns! My daughter had her surgery today and they blew us out of the water again with their excellent patient care! Dr Mirabal and Dr Brookshire were fabulous and made this nervous momma feel at ease! The recovery/discharge nurse, Penny, was amazing as well! This place is top notch!”
