“My family just moved to Vegas and we’ve been looking for a child’s dentist for months, but the pandemic halted that search. We had our adult daughter go to Providence Dental for an exam in January and she had a wonderful experience so we called about child dental for our 12 year old son. They unfortunately don’t take patients under 13, but recommended us to Go Kids Dental because they are sister locations. We called and immediately got an appointment for later that week. They emailed us the paperwork days in advance. We were walk in ready to go, the day of! They take their business very seriously when it comes to cleanliness, respect, knowledge, and out right making you have peace about your child’s care. We needed to return for some fillings and they booked us for just a few days later. Our 12 year old says, he loved how the dentist would talk to him the whole time, asked him what he wanted to watch, informed him of everything that was being done and why it needed to be done, and really kept him relaxed the whole time he was there. My family and I would highly recommend, Go Kids Dental, to anyone with a small child or a preteen that needs dental work done. I also heard from the wonderful staff at the front desk that they take CareCredit so that anyone can come to their office without worry.”

“I don't understand all the bad reviews on this place and Dr. Shin -- I had nothing but a great experience. I came on here just to make sure to write a review because I really think they deserve it. I took my 7 month old daughter here to get her eye checked out and the office staff was super helpful getting us an appointment. They were very clear that we'd be waiting in the car for a while to go in due to Covid, which honestly was really nice for us so I could spend some time with my daughter (I have 3) alone. The wait was long, but they were great about letting us know what was going on. We were let in and I was impressed with the office: it's gorgeous! They did our intake very quickly, everyone was super nice. I was worried it was going to be a difficult appointment because my daughter is so young. Dr. Shin came in almost immediately, and she was super friendly, as was her assistant. They did the exam and were super nice and trying to make her smile and open her eyes the whole time in a very gentle, sweet way, even though my daughter was screaming her head off. They were super patient and helpful. I even loved going to the bathroom because of getting to go by the "fish room", which would be super fun if my other daughter was there! :) Dr Shin told us ultimately that my daughter's condition was not serious and didn't require any treatment possibly for several years, so they let us go without any further need for revisit. The staff was super polite and said goodbye as we left. As we didn't need followup care, I can't speak for having to come back repeatedly, but we had nothing but a very pleasant visit.”
