The staff is approachable and friendly. Everyone was very informative and transparent regarding what treatment I could benefit from, what treatment was the most critical, what my insurance covered, and what my costs would be. Dr. Suarez and his team were also very efficient. They completed my exam and cleaning as quickly as possible. “I searched for a quality dermatologist and selected Dr.Langford. When I met her for the first time, she listened to what I had to say and recommended a biopsy which she performed right away in the office. She advised me on care of the wound, told me when to come back and suggested an appointment date that would coincide with the results. She even told me that if I experienced any unusual pain or discomfort or if I felt something was wrong to just come back into the office. She is very caring and professional. Reading the reviews here I think most of the issues are with the office and not the doctor. The doctor told me to come back in 10 days. I could not make an appointment on my way out because she was booked. Since I have stitches that need to be removed I need an appointment and cannot wait 2 or 3 weeks. The girl at the check-out desk was new and someone was training her. They told me they would call the doctor's nurse, get a time and date and call me. I know how it goes and when I did not receive a call the next day I called back. I spoke to a very competent person and it did not appear that anything was done as far as scheduling. I was friendly but firm and insisted on the date range that the doctor and I agreed upon. The scheduler spoke to the nurse who offered up a date that did not work for me. It was too soon and the results would not be back yet and my stitches probably would not even be ready to come out. Firmly but politely I said that would not work so she then spoke to the nurse again who spoke to the doctor and I rec'd my appointment. It is just the way the medical system is --you have to take charge. The extra 10 minutes I took ensures that all is well. I believe that Dr. Langford is an extremely qualified board certified physician and consider myself fortunate that she is my doctor.”

“Everyone at Vivida did an outstanding job. The office staff was very efficient and friendly. I was sent paperwork at home in order to fill it out in the comfort of my home. They even included driving directions to their office. Dr. Fife talked to me about the procedure and each step in the process. When it was time to suture my nose he and his PA discussed the best way to close it for the least scaring. Dr. Fife called me at home that night to see how I was doing. I would recommend Vivida Dermatology to anyone. It would be very hard to find a better group of professionals.”

“Dr.Fadell is a excellent surgeon I had carpal tunnel from wear and tear he had me go to Dr.German he did test within 2 weeks I was having my surgery. I had numbness in my finger tips also sharp pain thru out my hand into my shoulders I knew it was time he made me feel comfortable going in and out of surgery his staff is unbelievable too notch....this was 3 years ago and am pain free. Now am having problems with my right hand as soon as my insurance takes care of my 1st surgery am hoping he'll take on my 2nd one...... “I took my 86 yrs old Mom to Dr Jones for numb hands and right wrist pain. He and his staff are awesome. He was able to reduce the numbness and fix the wrist pain in just 2 visits. Dr Jones has a very pleasant and professional manner in dealing with his patients. He makes you feel confident in healing and tells you realistic options for care. “Doctor Colby Young took great care of me after I broke my finger at work. We got off to a rough start because my job couldn't seem to figure out what "light duty" meant. My finger healed as crooked as the wicked witch's nose! But that wasn't the doc's fault. And he fixed it! Even though I was willing to live with a crooked finger, he said no way. He wouldn't rest until the finger was as good as new. Now, three weeks after the second surgery, things are awesome. Love it.”
