They helped me with understanding and i didn't feel judged. I was able to contact my doctor easily when i had an emergency over a holiday and he didn't make me feel horrible for bothering him at all lol i understand sometimes it takes a while to be seen on some days but as a retired MA i understand how things can get held up in the back sometimes and it doesn't bother me at all. 98% of the time im seen quickly with no problems. “I know about Lakes Dermatology for at least 4 years. I have visited this office twice and always happy and satisfied with doctor visits and customer service. Everyone is so friendly and caring. It feels so good to be there because I know I am a valued customer-patient and they care. I had some rush on my skin and visited dermatologist. I called maybe 10 places and they were all booked for next two month. This issue had to be seen right away and I was happy to know that they got me and I made an appointment online to see a doctor as soon as they could get me in. I only waited few days. It’s ended up being Eczema because of dry skin and not enough moisture in my skin. Doctor proscribed me some cream and gave me instructions how to take care of my skin. He answered all my questions and concerns. At the same visit I saw eye catching offer for pumping my lips with Juvederm. I made an appointment and couple days later I pumped my lips and super happy with results. I took few photos for all of you so you can see how their building and office look like. Clean and neat. “Met Dr. Yang while my mom was in the hospital for a drug mishap. He became her Dr. by accident...the best accident that could have happened. He is thorough and serious, but also kind and willing to explain everything he is doing. His office is run like a tight ship...punctual and spotless! His assistant was very friendly and helpful as was his staff;something you don’t see much of around LV. But the icing on the cake was that his referral to another specialist ended us with another outstanding physician in Vegas.
