“I was in bad shape... My last back problem was 15 years ago. This time was MUCH worse. I could barely move. I found Dr. Sarah online and the reviews were good, plus, I was desperate for pain relief. I called and they got me an appointment only 30 minutes out, which was good, because I needed that long to hobble down to my car and get there. I was not hobbling quickly. When I arrived, Danielle at the front desk gave me the paperwork to fill out. She could tell I was in tremendous pain. She told me to just let her know and she would come and get it so I didn't have to stand up. That's quality service. The actual appointment with Dr. Sarah was amazing. The improvement in the first visit let me go from constant pain and miserable to feeling MUCH less pain and being able to get on with my day. This place is wonderful.”

“Derek saved my life I'm not gonna lie I was wanting to die I was in so much pain. And i was seeing Jason at the bullhead city Arizona location and he was making my legs all wrong. Derek took me under his wing and now I'm a better person because of him. I owe him for saving me he needs a raise lol. Because of him I have no desire to end my life. I'm back in church and I thank God for him every day. I prayed and prayed and I believe the lord put him in my path. I think there's a reason for me to be on this earth.
