“I am so excited that I have found a doctors office that cares. I have had quite a few health issues of the last few years & have had the hardest time finding a doctor that cares & knows what they are doing. I first saw Shanda the Nurse Practioner who took a great deal of time to understand what I am feeling & dealing with. She said she would be consulting with Dr. Jacobs just to ensure that her findings & prescription choice were correct & she even called me the next day to make sure I was okay & to let me know that she did speak with doc. I went online to reschedule my appointment & notice 5 minutes later that it was denied so I called & Dr. Jacobs said we have a plan of action so you need to come in, I said my office was closing early so I did not want to leave my team, he said what time does it close, I said 2 so he said then I will see you at 230, I will be waiting. I think this is so great. I called today to let Shanda know that I felt a little groggy with the new meds but Dr. Jacobs answered & spent 15 minutes on the phone with me telling me why I felt what I was feeling & that is why it is so important for me to keep my appointment. He thanked me for my review on a different site saying he thought that was sweet. I am very thankful that I found Dr. Jacobs & his staff. The Med. Asst. is such a sweetheart too & it smells good in that office.”

“When my son was just four Adrienne coached him for a year as he was further developing. He has a missing muscle on one side of his mouth and had issues with pronunciation; all of which he was becoming very self conscious about. Not only is he speaking amazing now, when he gets caught up on a word he immediately uses her techniques to correct the pronunciation! His therapy wasn’t just for the moment, it actually taught him to hear what needs to be adjusted, slow down and pronounce it correctly. He is such an outgoing kid and now has the tools to be the true leader he is. He is now 11 and regularly volunteers at church. He is so confident to speak in front of people and has overcome his self consciousness concerning the way his mouth forms words. Adrienne gave him much more than therapy or speech correction. She gave him tools to last a lifetime, all with a care and concern that built up his confidence. To this day she is one of my son’s favorite individuals.
