“My entire experience with Serenity Birth Center was incredible. I knew that I wanted to do a home birth and once I had my initial meeting with April, I knew they were the midwives for me! My prenatal and postnatal care was outstanding, they always made me comfortable, supported, and answered all of my questions. They really took the time to get to know us and never rushed our appointments. All of the midwives made me feel confident in my ability to birth our baby at home. April attended my birth and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My labor was fast and intense and when April arrived I felt such a calming presence from her. She gave me space to labor and follow my own instincts, it was truly such an empowering experience. When I was ready to push April held my hand and supported me through it. Before I knew it I was holding my beautiful baby boy in my arms and soaking in the moment of pure joy with my family and birth team. “Super happy!! I was really struggling with severe menopause symptoms. Terrible hot flashes and night sweats. Over the counter stuff worked for a bit but eventually stopped working. My Dr said there’s really nothing he could do for me. For 3 more years I slowly isolated myself to keep people from knowing how bad it was. I was angry and resentful for no reason. I ended up very depressed which is the opposite of who I am. I gained a bunch of weight no matter how hard I worked out and how little I ate. My husband found iuventus on line so I made an appointment. I loved the Dr right away. He was no nonsense and seemed to really want to help me. He did bloodwork and come to find out I didn’t have many hormones . My testosterone was supposed to be 200-300, mine was 27. Estrogen was supposed to be 75-100, mine was 14. Progesterone was supposed to be 10-30, I didn’t even have 1! Mine was .21. So a couple prescriptions and weekly shots and I’m back to myself within 2 months. I’m my old happy self again and I’m losing weight. He basically saved my life. I don’t know why Dr offices don’t take care of these serious issues but thank God for iUventus!! Can’t recommend them enough .”
