“This is a great place to come work out if you are committed and TRY. I've seen people go to orange theory and give little effort and hunny it shows. But when you get a class full of people that want to be there, no matter their fitness level, the energy in the room is great. Everyone is pushing their hardest for the coaches next goal and everyone is trying to get just one more rep in before the time is called. If you are willing to push yourself even when you don't want to, I highly recommend coming here. If you are lazy like me and don't really know what to do when you go to the gym, I also think you should sign up. Each location has its own coaches and "flavor" This is my favorite location because it has the highest percentage of those "I'm freaking here to do my darn best" mentality people!”

“Dr. Lawrence Newman is a very caring and excellent Urologist. I am a retired Neurologist and have had a very long history of kidney stones. This bout was particularly painful and the stone was stuck at the junction of the kidney exit and the ureter with the start of slight hydronephrosis. This all happened on a weekend during the Covid-19 pandemic. Dr. Newman communicated with me throughout the weekend and immediately saw me on Monday morning. He admitted me to Spring Valley Hospital where they took great care of me. He operated on me the next day and did lithotripsy with a stent placement. The stone broke up and I passed it with tremendous relief of the pain. He removed the stent a few weeks later. I will be following up with him in 6 months. I will definitely keep him as my Urologist!”

I have three children, and I've seen lots of martial arts studios. Most of them aren't more than baby sitting. Israeli Martial Arts is something special. Consider there are only two authentic, certified Israeli Studios in the United States, and we are lucky enough to have one right in our back yard! The fitness my kids gain from this program is amazing. The self-defense aspect is probably the best training you can get in this country. This is the real deal. With only two true Israeli Certified Studios in the United States, with real, hardcore Israeli instructors.. then you have to check this place out.”
