“I went to this office several months ago and the man working was rude and acted strange. He lied stating they only have one insurance they go through. He said he was the owners son and the manager. He made my daughter feel uncomfortable with his weird leering. I went again last week just to see because I got a new car and a friend reccommended LA insurance since he just got his there. I figured why not try again since he said it wasn't a guy there anymore and he had a good experience. The guy from before is gone and come to find out he wasn't related to the owner at all. The girl working, Tasha or Natasha not sure which is right, was so sweet and helpful. She got me signed up and helped me with the dmv website and set me up with a roadside package. She was great with my kids too and had little activity sheets for them to do while she helped me. She really went above and beyond. Rates are about the same as similar places I've been to but I will be back for the excellent service”
