“I went into this store Saturday (12/16/17) around 3 o'clock in the afternoon and was immediately greeted in a friendly manor by 2 young ladies(I never did get their names). I told them I was having issues with my phone(I'd rather not describe the technical issue out of embarrassment for not being able to figure out such a simple problem). One young lady deffered to the other expressing that "she is the best at solving technical issues". The great tech savvy young lady eagerly and happily took my phone and had my issue solved within 5 minutes. In that 5 minutes I found out that this tech wizard was also responsible for the happy artwork that, I believe Tim Burton would very much appreciate, drawn on the chaulkboards that are displayed within the store. So thank you to the 2 wonderful young ladies that were working! I truly do appreciate the help! I actually needed something positive to happen. And it may seem like a small thing. But just know that it helped in such a big way. Merry Christmas!!!”
