“The care Dr Ann and her team provided was awesome. We came in with our Mia as an emergency case and although they hadn't known us long they treated her just like family. Dr Ann was so caring but straight forward with what was going on and we appreciated that. I was back and forth in the office to check on Mia and each time, no matter how busy they were, the team was always welcoming. Although our Mia lost her battle with her disease we will be forever grateful to Ark Animal Clinic for the comfort, understanding, and great service!”

“Our heating system went down just as it was starting to get cold. Home Air Conditioning and Heating was very responsive in getting an appointment scheduled, ordering the necessary parts and then making the installation happen on a Saturday. Dani was amazing at keeping me informed all along the process and alerting me of any potential problems. Because of this we were able to avoid the potential problem of not getting the part over the weekend. The technicians were very professional, respectful, courteous and friendly. Steve installed the necessary part on a Saturday, and I was impressed with his demeanor and level of respect. The fact that he put the little shoe covers on to walk on the carpets says a lot. Any time he went in and out he took the time to recover his shoes to not mess up the carpet. They get an A+ from me! Keep up the good work.”

They helped me find exactly what I was looking for- even going out of the way to make me feel appreciated- From finding my measurements to checkout! I hope that this pop-up store gets to stay! “I went in to order my wife a shake without her knowledge. The cashier recommended the new pumpkin spice shake. The shake definitely taste like pumpkin spice but my wife didn't like it at all. I went back into Godiva and politely asked if I could switch it for a chocolate shake instead. The cashier complied and made me a chocolate shake with his own personal twist to the recipe not on the menu. That chocolate shake was off the charts. My wife loved it and that recipe needs to be on the menu! Thank you guys for being so polite and professional.”
