“After 14 years of living in Las Vegas, our heater needed a repair. It was blowing cold air and it was one of the coldest day of the year. I have two kids and could not wait. Joe, the air conditioning tech, came over promptly after 7pm, climbed into the attic (where the furnace is located) and around thirty minutes later the vents were blowing warm air again. Joe was professional, fast, and knowledgeable.”

“Third month residing in North Las Vegas Nevada from Southern California. This store is less than a mile from my new resident so I often walk. From day one, my experience with shopping (prices), availability of items & staff have been *A1(the best). Today I experienced true pride and dedication this General Dollar has for it's customers and I am grateful. After checkout I retrieved my bags and headed out. Upon returning home, I realized I must have left a third bag which contained my very reason for going meats. I returned to the store immediately with my receipts and explained to the cashier whom provided me with service; though she expressed belief of me retrieving all my items, I simply asked for a manager. To Ms.Shannon & her awesome staff, thank you for your impeccable timing to the matter and investigation which allowed me to retrieve what was purchased. “Had got a flat while on the freeway not to far from an exit thankfully I just drove as slow as possible of the exit thru one light and to my right was this Tire shop I pulled up as on my way to a Dr's. Appointment I canceled although I was running early but, Not sure how long it would take. That had me pull in had my car jacked up, tire off and a new/ used one back on for $50 I believe ... Made sure all the other tires had the right air pressure while I walked to the store next to them to get cash @ the ATM bc they don't take credit when I returned my car was finished and I paid gave a $10 tip and was still able to call my Dr. Office back and make my appointment!!!! Good, fast, friendly ,prompt & professional service!!!!! 10 ★'s all day!!!!”

“Building in major need of a remodel. Girl's bathroom soap dispenser was broken, no soap in sight. Made me worry about the lack of employee hand washing. However, one of the employees was the best part! I didn't catch the name of the girl who rang up my order, (she had long hair with hot pink in it☺) she was AMAZING!! Best McDonald's employee I've ever dealt with, hands down. So sweet, so helpful, excellent customer service. Watching her interact with customers before me was awesome. She treated me & everyone else like family. Give that girl a raise or promote her to management or something!???????? All in all, good experience because of her. ????”
