He even adjusted my septum ring to make it easier to flip up for work. The shop and tools are very pristine, customer service is exceptional. People here are all so professional and always welcoming. Very nice, colorful and organized interior. Everything is priced for your convenience. There were several employees on the floor in case you needed help. The person who helped me was very friendly and answered my question. This is a little smaller than their other stores. You should be able to find what you need. “Super awesome to work with Edgar! He made sure to spray everything I asked for. He was timely, really knowledgeable, very easy going, easy to talk to, and just a great person all around. Which is important to me because I felt comfortable with him coming to and being in my house. He had competitive pricing and after talking to him, I feel confident in the product he uses and his spraying. He also does "touch ups" so if I see anything, he said he would come by to take a look and spray again. Touch-ups is something I look for in a pest control service because I'm allergic to quite a few bugs, they're attracted to me, and I'm known to get bit (I'd be the only one getting bit if I'm in a group!) so even with pest control...I will have odd encounters with pests! If I had a dollar for every time someone said, "I've never met someone else that encounters spiders and bugs as much as you..." I wouldn't be a millionaire but I'd def have a stack of dollars. So I'm glad Edgar would be able to come back if I see anything. It definitely put my mind at ease.”
