He specializes in neuromuscular therapy. When my body tells me that self care / stretching isn’t going to cut it anymore, Ben is the answer. Think deep tissue massage but with a greater focus on trigger points and ... the root cause. Dr K is new to the practice and I love her take on chiropractic care. I wasn’t needed an adjustment but more so muscle tension. With her gentle approach but precise adjustments, I feel amazing. Love this place of business and the people inside it. They have opened my eyes to alternative options instead of “just taking Aleve”.”
