“I needed new wiper blades but had no idea what I was looking for. The gentleman at the front desk could tell and chimed in to let me know they can search their database to tell me exactly what I need. They had the wipers I needed, I needed two different kinds but they had a buy one get one free deal so that was very convenient (note that this doesn’t sound like a year-round deal and may not be the same for everyone). They also went the extra mile of putting them on for me and even let me know I put my old ones on backwards while showing me the proper way to install them. When the gentleman was done installing them he took the old ones back with him to dispose of without me even saying anything. The whole process maybe took 10 minutes and barely cost $20. That’s about as ideal of an experience as I could ask for.”

“This was ABOVE AND BEYOND a pleasant experience! While visiting Las Vegas I had accidentally lost a contact lens down the sink right before I was planning on driving back home to Utah. I frantically called all the optometrist offices in the area practically begging someone to squeeze me in for an exam so that I could purchase lenses in order to be able to drive home. I called at least 15 places trying to explain my situation. Everywhere I called was booked SOLID - some for two weeks straight! Then I talked to Perla- the office manager at Optic Gallery. She not only was able to get me into their office right away- but she gave me a brand new pair of lens FREE OF CHARGE. Simply telling me that she understood the bind I was in and that the world simply needs more kindness. I was floored that a stranger would be so kind to me in a time of need.
