“I have been living in the apartments for about 6 months and have had nothing but pleasurable experiences. The staff are friendly as well as discreet with matters that need to be handled as such. Their rates are very affordable and their requirements for approval are very reasonable. Nothing seems to stand in their way of providing excellent service in a friendly manner. During the height of the COVID19 crisis management went above and beyond to assist me in my time of need. Even when my situation changed they were still going the distance to help me make my rent. This is a 5/5 star neighborhood quiet, clean and right next to the Las Vegas Strip. I definitely recommend coming to take a look if you want a breath of fresh air and a second chance for an apartment.”

“So, neither I nor anyone in my family smokes and none of us ever have so we ruled this place out the minute we saw the name assuming that we were not their target demographic. A close and trusted friend urged to to give it a shot and we were going to do it and then he and his wife grabbed some take-out for us. Forget about weed, their sandwiches are like crack. We LOVED them. The blending of flavors, the awesome fresh buns. We shared four of them and I loved every one but our favorite was their version of the classic Italian sub. A good sandwich isn't just a pile of meat and toppings on some sort of bread. There's a science to it. It must be layered and blended correctly to achieve perfect balance. the Cheba Hut has this dialed and locked in tight. We've been back twice since. The people who work there kind of look like they should be wandering around selling food out of a macrame shoulder bag at Woodstock but they are very good at what they're doing and they are super friendly and helpful. They have won our long term business. Well done, guys!”

“This review is several weeks overdue. Johnny and his crew did an amazing job doing a full spray for my R32 Skyline GT-R! They took great care of my car and made sure it left with no defects. My door had a large dent from shipping to the US and now the door looks new again, you could never tell it was repaired. It seems like they really cared about how their finished product looked. “I had a great experience with John! Don't believe all of the negative reviews! He single handly worked on my behalf to make a good deal happen. He stayed in constant communication with me the whole time and made it easy so I only spent 30mins filling out paperwork and I was on my way! John is a very personable guy with a good sense of humor. I personally witnessed while there, him helping a single mom out when she had hardly any money to spend on a car for her and her kids. But he got her into that Volvo when nobody else could. I got a GREAT deal on my car and couldn't be happier with the outcome. John is now searching for a mustang for my girlfriend. I never once felt pressured to buy the car or buy any extra services. He even held the car for me for a few days until I could make it in to complete the purchase even though there was several people looking at it. Very trustworthy guy and a man of his word!”
