Victoria refused to file a report for me saying saying she hated filling them. she claimed it was missing information which was not true. The reason I'm still rating a 5 is because ROCHELLE at the location decided to help me. I understand filling a report may take time but that is not a reason to pass it off to someone else.I found Victoria very unprofessional and hope she doesn't denie other people because she doesn't like filling certain kinds of reports.”
