“Could we talk about what a great pharmacy this is? They are so kind, patient, helpful. The whole staff is really wonderful but honestly - Heidi is my favorite. She is so incredible at her job. She remembers people's names, explains insurance coverage and is always helping her guests. I don't even mind when I have to wait because it's so nice to listen to her with the customers. “Initially went because of convenience as it’s very close to my home. The people there were incredibly accommodating and got me in right away. They checked out my vehicle and told me what was wrong, they also gave me options on what was essential and what could be waited on (as with most people during this time of quarantine, cash is tight but our cars are necessary to get us where we need to go). This showed me volumes about who they are as a company and that they care about their customers. They gave me estimates on what it could cost and was honest that it could be lesser things but prepared me for the bigger things. Luckily a lot of what was wrong was the lesser things and it came in waaaay under the original estimate. I was having another issue with my other car and since the experience was so good I brought my other car in immediately and had them look at the problem. This problem I had already been to 2 other mechanics about and the estimates I was given were very very high. They checked it out and fixed the real problem which was a fraction of what I was told before by others. Mark and Frank have been amazing and I greatly appreciate their professionalism and honesty. I will be coming here from now on.”

“It's always a good sign when you walk into a place on a late Monday morning and it's packed! Every table had happy diners sitting at it. While we waited in line to place our order, my husband and I looked over the menu and decided on what we wanted to try for our first visit to Gritz Cafe. Every item description sounded amazing, and the smell that filled the air only made us hungrier. Once we reached the register, we were greeted by a friendly and inviting cashier who helped us decide for sure that we wanted our pork chop order to be fried rather than grilled (though she said it's delicious either way). The sides we settled on with that were greens, mac n cheese, and corn bread. We also asked for chicken and waffles with grits. After paying, we were asked to wait to the side with the party just ahead of us until a table opened up. Like clockwork, we watched as tables were cleared as soon as satisfied looking guests left. The entire staff seem to work and communicate very efficiently with each other. It wasn't long before we were invited to take a seat and our plates were brought to us shortly after that. Our eyes lit up when we saw the food that was presented to us. Every bite was as tasty as the one before it! From start to finish, my husband and I enjoyed this meal so thoroughly and were happy to say as much when we were eagerly asked how we liked it. Sitting in here and enjoying a meal that reminded us of one prepared by our own loved ones while surrounded with the chitter chatter of others doing the same thing was such a warm and cozy experience. As we told the cashier when she too asked how we enjoyed our first visit, we'll definitely be back soon to try some more items on the menu!”

“Excellent service! I stumbled upon Jacobi's when I was in the area during October 2018 (and it kept slipping my mind to post a review), and I was treated with such kindness. I was in town for my sister's wedding, and I forgot my dress shoes at home in Michigan! When I stumbled upon Jacobi's, I was going through an emotionally challenging situation (carrying all of my possessions that were with me on my back, including my dress clothes), and I told Mr. Jacobi that I needed some shoes. As his product was out of my price range at the time (affordable in general, though) I was straight forward with him about this. He then offered me a generous deal simply out of kindness; I graciously accepted. The kindness didn't stop there, though, as Mr. Jacobi then offered to properly hang my dress clothes on their hangers and then offered protective plastic for the clothes so that they wouldn't get dirty as I walked down the street. Overall, Mr. Jacobi is a kind person that offers fantastic dresswear (I absolutely LOVE the shoes that I got), and some of the best service I have ever received. Highly recommend him for any dress attire needs.”
