The staff is very attentive. (There is a sort of long wait, for those who may complain of this, but I have no problem with that. As with any doctors visit, always plan ahead as wait times are always long.) “This car rental business has the feel of a family owned/small business and they are not like the major car rental companies that is typical. I found an amazing deal on a Jeep Wrangler on Expedia with them. The women in the office were very nice and friendly. Service was quick and easy! I would take your own proof of insurance with you for booking, as they will try and add this on. Also, follow the employee and take pics of the dings and damage of the vehicle along with them to avoid any issues. Other than that, they were very nice, fast and helpful! The shuttle drivers were also super friendly and sweet to us! Thank you so much ladies for all of your help!”
