“I have worked with various Real Estate Appraisers in Las Vegas and found that either they are egotistic, overwhelmed or incompetent and could not provide me the level of service I desired in regards to valuing my investment properties. There was commentary pertaining to all my questions already in the reports but the analysis was so robust and detailed that I overlooked it at first glance. I was very pleased that even after all the answers to my questions were already provided, they were willing to reiterate them for me none the less.
