I previously rented a personal trailer through a third party and will definitely not do that again; what a nightmare when the owner lied and fees piled up. Apollo treats customers fair and is true to their word. I decided to extend my vacation two additional days and simply called reservations and much to my surprise it was painless and less than $100 total!! I got charged a $75 cleaning fee upon return but my boys confirmed they did not clean it properly and felt that was fair. The wait time was reasonable with both the check-in and check-out process however I was the only one there. I would definitely recommend Apollo for your travel needs.”
