“Mike came out to our rental property to repair sime lights. He was able to coordinate with our tenant and worked around their schedule. Mike repaired the fluorescent lighting inside of the laundry room, garage and kitchen. He also wrote up a thorough report on some items that should be addressed, but said they could be taken care of at a later date.
