Antonio was on time, personable,
Highly professional.
We have an unusual toilet set-up, where the tank part of the toilet is built under a ledge, and the chain from the toilet handle had come undone. I, of course, attempted to fix it and had -0- Luck. I called Dignify (From Google search) they answered right away, scheduled me as soon as they were able.
Antonio our service rep was FABULOUS, and literally had the handle repaired in minutes! He was awesome, and had all the parts he thought he may need with him, just in case (I loved the “pro-active” thinking). I will call Dignity Plumbing any time I get a plumbing opportunity, AND recommend them to anyone who is in need. In fact, I already did to the bartender where we went after Antonio was finished to share our wonderful story! Thank you and Antonio very much.

Antonio installed a toilet which I found out later, the height was too low for my comfort. The next day he came back and removed the toilet and installed an updated one which had a higher height, which was to my delight. He was very courteous, friendly, and explained everything. I also would like to give a "BIG THANK YOU" to Office personnel Liz & Amber. They were extremely polite, caring, and professional.

Jonathan from Dignity plumbing came out and gave us a quote for a slab leak. I really liked Jonathan because of his caring nature. He quickly accessed the situation and explained the work that he would recommend for us to do. Im not able to do the work at this time due to financial reasons with the previous plumber who didn’t do the job correctly. However, Jonathan came up with a short term solution to hold us over until I’m able to have the work done at a less expensive cost. Needless to say we now have hot water again thanks to Jonathan’s caring spirit and quick thinking. None of the other plumbers that gave us quotes thought of this temporary solution. Myself and family are so grateful to Jonathan and Dignity Plumbing for all they have done for us and giving us our hot water again. As soon as I can I will call them to finish the work that they recommended and I will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing jobs.

I was thoroughly impressed with Dignity Plumbing. After a few days with no hot water and our home warranty not pulling through, dignity came out the same day and did an exceptional job. So professional and efficient. Will definitely be using them for all future plumbing needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends! Thank you, Dignity!

Scott from Dignity Plumbing was extremely professional and respectful. He was very punctual and honest, which are two of the best qualities any employee can have as far as customer service goes. His work is very clean and up to code on all aspects. Looks great and some of my neighbors asked for business cards before he was finished. Scott and Dignity Plumbing are certainly tops with me.
