  Very awesome, friendly and professional staff. Facility is really nice. Never really packed. They offer a variety of different classes.

  This place is nice and well kept. They don't have much as far as free weights go. They do have the essential squat rack, bench press and dumbbells. So the savy weight lifter can easily do a lot of different weight exercises even though they don't have the set up already there. They don't get too busy, and it's comfortable to work out there without feeling the eyes of people staring at you and silently judging you. The membership is cheap compared to other gyms, and it's great for my whole family because they have child care included. They offer swimming lessons for my kids, summer activities for when they aren't in school, and different levels of karate classes. It's a fantastic place for everyone and it's safe.

  This is an ACTUAL gym where you can take group classes like all of the Les Mills formats as well as Zumba. Look for an instructor named JOY. She's great! ????

  This is what you can Expect as a Senior ! Many Senior Members are in the FREE "Silver Sneakers Program". An excellent Group of Members in a Friendly Considerate Environment. The Facilities are inadequate and many classes are overcrowded ( especially The Pool) with Seniors restricted to a Fraction of the Pool - even when the remainder of the Pool is Empty (Just in case a Lap Swimmer arrives). In the Summer with Daycare/Camp Programs the facility is bursting at the seams as children take over. This facility has also taken on the Free Lunch Program to kids in need during the summer (A Great Cause). The quality of the instructors varies from Excellent to Just Average. Instructors in many classes change frequently (who knows what the problem is) and New Classes geared towards Seniors are seldom offered. This is a City of North Las Vegas Facility. In all "Y's in the Valley don't expect an Adult Sauna - Whirlpool-Steam Room, etc. even though most 24 HR LVAC's offer these facilities for about the same price - if you do not get a "Y" discount. The best financial part is there are No Contracts - so if it's not for you, it's easy to stop paying.
