  Our first time at Texas Roadhouse. We came for a birthday party. We had a nice time. The food and cocktails were good, the staff, from the hostess/manager Cat to the bus people really seemed to enjoy their jobs. Our waiter, Phannell, was professional and fun! The line dances by staff was also fun to watch!

  Crowded even on a weeknight. Loud and lively. Great for groups but hard to carry more than a casual conversation. Friendly good service. Bucket of peanuts on every table and another for the trash. Sweet bread rolls arrive as the guest is seated. The sirloin steak is better than I evicted. Flavorful and perfectly made. Large menu selections including sides. Great place to enjoy the food in a very casual fun atmosphere, but do not count on being able to hear each other all the time.

  I was concerned at first, as we were a large party of 16, and we were told we could not reserve a table, and we would not be seated until our entire party had arrived.
  However, our wait was only about 20 minutes for our table. We had warm rolls on our tables, and our drink/appetizer order was taken immediately.
  Appetizers and drinks arrived within 10 minutes, and our entree orders were promptly taken. I ordered a NY strip medium rare; my standard order for this sort of place, since it is a challenge to get right for a lot of cooks.
  My food arrived within 15 minutes. Steak was cooked properly, as was the rest of my meal. Drinks plus appetizer I shared with my wife (it was plenty for both of us), was around 20 per person. Staff was friendly and attentive. Drink refills were quick to arrive when needed.
  In the end I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my experience. Would definitively recommend this place.

  Let me start by saying it was a Friday night around 6pm when we arrived with a party of 7. The wait was estimated at 2hrs but was about a hour. It was crowded and a little loud but a nice atmosphere. Our drink and appetizer order was taken promptly. The drinks took about 5 minutes to arrive. One of the appetizers followed approx 5 minutes later. We placed our order after the 1st appetizer arrived but the second appetizer didn't arrive until the side salads arrived. We had 4 adults and three kids 8 and under. The food started to arrive approx 15 minutes later but not all at once. My steak arrived first then 2 more meals arrived 5 min later then the rest trickled in over the next 10 minutes. The food was all hot and tasted great. I feel this being a new place and a busy night might have contributed to this minor service glitch. I will update when we return if the service is better.

  Best Damn Steakhouse In Las Vegas. Why pay the prices for the golden steer or any steakhouse on or off the strip. Had a 24 ounce Rib eye cut for myself in house and all the trimmings for under 30 bucks. That steak at any steak house on the strip would have cost me 60 or more. Tony our waiter was awesome and very personable along with all the staff from the time we walked in the door. If I could give a million stars I would.
