  The staff are very friendly. Chris answered all my questions and I left with the feeling that they are all for success. The overall interview/ inquiry was great. The facility was clean.

  I was pleased overall with my interaction with lone mountain truck leasing. They did everything they could to accommodate me, given the fact that I was under dispatch when I decided to Stop in and start the buying process.
  From start to finish is as follows. Be prepared.
  Day 1 looked at Trucks, located a truck that I was comfortable purchasing. In route to going to the bank to get proof of my bank account, I get a call telling me that LM only had the title for 1 of the Trucks that I had looked at. Having inspected the Trucks to the best of my ability without having any keys, I noted all the issues on this particular truck. The one truck that LM had the tile for needed brake shoes and drums and had a loose muffler shield. While discussing issues with Sean, the Shop manager, I brought the issues I had with it to his attention. He assured me that all of my concerns would be rectified.
  Day 2 wait at truck Stop...
  Day 3 wait at truck Stop...
  Day 4 thursday, the repairs that I brought to Sean's attention were corrected. Ready to take the truck to get dot. Truck passed. But found a vibration in front end on way back.
  Then the Shop had to take the truck back to the tire Shop to Balance a tire.
  Today is also the day I sign my paperwork. Once it was signed, my insurance was still not in order for me to head out and I couldn't take my trade in off the lot. So I had to get a hotel room.
  Day 5 swap Trucks. This is where everyone at lone mountain shined.
  My sales woman angie text me to wish me luck.
  Ivy was helpful with every question, whether stupid or logical, she had an Answer.
  Sean proved to be valuable in the fact that I had a power inverter with a fridge and microwave in my last truck. Sean made sure that I had a couple holes drilled to accommodate the wiring going to the batteries so I had my inverter. He also took the time to disclose mechanical issues that international faced in general. As well as some advice as to how to possibly smooth out the ride to match my old truck.
  
  Overall, I could suggest a few changes. However, I would deal with lone mountain again. Just hopefully not anytime in the too near future.

  I had a Freightliner with a series 60. Breakdown was killing me. I emailed Lone Mountain, Ivy emailed me back and and within 2weeks I was on a plane to go pick up my new truck. She made it easy and painless to purchase my truck and even found me cheaper insurance. All positive from me. Ivy was amazing. I will be back

  She has a gift for working with people...
  Loan Mountain backs up their word..
  I got a good truck and great deal...
  And they are willing to fix whatever on the truck if u aren't satisfied...
  They do deals thoroughly with integrity...
