I had a very pleasant visit, my brake & indicator lights were out, employee, Matias T was the most understanding, patient guy who helped me. I know nothing about cars, he made my visit very comforting and pleasant, such pleasant and superb customer service, he is truly a very nice employee to have, because of him this will he new car place. I Came in with a dead battery. John came out and checked my battery and explained all of my options. I decided to make a purchase and the store manager Frank set me up with everything I needed. Frank was even nice enough the replace my battery for me (which they don’t always do). They made everything quick and easy, thanks y’all!

Had a battery issue and no one else wanted to help because it look difficult but FRANK the supervisor help with the situation. He was so intelligent and knowledgeable of the situation and made it look like a peace of cake. He went above and beyond for me and his previous customer. Awesome work…thumbs up!!

I went to Auto zone in north Lauderdale this morning and had the absolute pleasure of having Jay M as my customer service representative. I was pleasantly surprised of the great service, efficient communication and a really easy way to find the part that I needed although I knew nothing about vehicle parts. I would definitely recommend Auto zone and if you are ever confused as to what you want , just ask for Jay!.
