Great customer service at McCandless! I went in to look for an NPR, so I thought, but Chris Ballesteros took the time to explain the difference in the models and explain the GVWR for each of them. He's the first rep I've worked with who actually took the time to get to know my business and what these trucks would be used for. After some time we determined I need a different model. Its service like that that makes me glad to continue to buy from Isuzu. Great job guys!

Went to get an Suspension Airbag for international LT. Service was quick and easy. Looks like they have all the parts.

Is good for parts but service is always a week behind plus no trailer parking

Art is the rep who checks in your tractor or straight truck, and he will set you up with the team to take care of you. If your company has an Izuzu or International, this place is where you should be calling first anyway. The hours are great, parking is plenty, parts and knowledge make this an important vendor for many who own a single vehicle or an entire fleet

We were in a bind and needed a truck for a festival and these guys came through just in the knick of time! Rosie was so nice and helpful, Zach, the owner, was super cool and really helped us out with our emergency situation!
I will definitely be using them for all future events!
