  Awesome experience! Mike the driver was so nice, so careful moving the full container and so good at what he does...nothing in the container moved while being picked up and dropped off, I thought it was going to be mess with moving it since I was in a rush and really didn’t secure the inside but to my surprise Mike did such a great job at moving it up onto the truck and rolling it down slowly that when I opened it everything was just as I packed it! WOW Awesome job MIKE! Wendell at the call center was also very nice and helpful. Thank you everyone at CoolBox!

  Customer service is outstanding with this company. We contacted several different storage companies and looked at a ton of options but landed on Cool Box mostly because of their customer service. We're using the unit for inventory so we needed the insulation as well, but customer service put them over the top!

  We used them for a move and have recommended them to several others. There is not a better way to move!

  Such nice people and great service. Sam delivered our cool box and did such a nice job unloading the storage unit and taking care of the paperwork. Total professionals and look forward to using them again.
