My kids and I came to Phantastic Dental Care on Simmons and Ann and we were all treated well, the staff was very friendly and informative. I will be getting all my future dental needs taken care of at Phantastic Dental.
I had been going there for years recommended what a great dentist Doctor Steve is. I still feel that way. It's sad one bad experience with the office manager can stop me from going there. He is nasty, rude and very unprofessional. He has no idea how to deal with people. You can tell a person no without being rude. It was obvious that he didn't care if I had been going there for years. He made it clear that I needed to move on, which is exactly what I'm doing. Thank you again Doctor Steve.
