I’m not a patient here, but felt this office needs to be recognized for their excellent customer service! I called their office by accident, dialing 1 number off from the doctor’s office I was trying to reach. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly, courteous, professional and obviously compassionate, because she gave me all of the correct contact info. needed for the clinic I was trying to reach. She even had the info. for each location and the fax number! When I asked how she knew all of that, she told me they get misdialed quite often for that clinic, so she keeps all of their info. at her desk to be able to steer someone in the right direction. Rather than be irritated by the incorrect calls or simply stating “wrong number” and sending the person on their way, she’s chosen to help. That to me, is excellent patient care and going above and beyond to help those not even going to their practice!
