  Sandi was great! She was very kind and thorough when informing me on what I was purchasing. Also the best part was she saved me money compared to what I was paying with my previous company.

  So I went to State Farm just for home owners insurance and ended up bundling home and auto. They gave me an unarguable rate that those other insurance companies couldn't match. When I was shopping around I had a list of questions and thanks to Rosie, most of my questions I had for her we're answered on the spot. If she didn't have an answer for me right away, she made sure to get back to me as soon as she had one. So for someone like myself with very little patience, I am very pleased with how fast the process went.

  if you’re trying to find an agency that provides great customer service say no more! Jade yaps agency is the place to go. I had the opportunity to speak with Ramon and he was able to provide a great quote for my family and I. He was Really helping us save a lot money and making sure we are still being taken care of. He said family comes first and it makes a difference when you have an agency that takes you in like their own. Thank you Jade Yap!

  I’ve spoken with several insurance companies but none of them were quite like this one! Jade yaps agency has by far some of the most nicest and hardworking employees I’ve seen. I had the opportunity to work with Ramon and he was super helpful and answered all my questions with patience! I highly recommend coming here all these other negative comments were probably because they were either having a bad day or walked into another State Farm thinking it was Jades office!

  I’ve recently had the opportunity to work with Ramon and it was an excellent experience. My entire transaction was handled through text and email at my convenience. Ramon was very attentive, timely and patient. Although I am a new State Farm customer, if my interaction with Ramon and the Jade Yap Office is any indication of how they handle business, I highly recommend them.
