(February 14, 2019, 9:15 pm)The NEW STAFF here is amazing, very understanding and has helped me and looked out for me. Maintainence is pretty speedy when there is not a influx of orders coming through they fix anything you need! Please don’t let the negative comments from the old staff mess up your thoughts about this place. Great place to lease I have been here three years when I first moved to vegas.

(November 2, 2018, 3:09 pm)Good morning corporate Loma Vista. I would like to take an opportunity to share my experience and time as a resident on your beautiful and very well managed property. I along with my daughter have been a resident here for three years now. I am proud to tell friends and family about how much we enjoy living in our Loma Vista community. Our property is very fortunately managed by Christine in our office. In all the three years we have lived here we have been treated with dignity and respect. You must understand that this is very important. I have only had very positive experiences with our management team of Christine and Lena. Any time I have interacted with management I have been treated very well. There have been occasions of course where my apartment has required maintenance and in each circumstance it has been handled very promptly and very professionally. I have on occasion gone to the office to thank them in person and each concern or regards have been so professionally handled. Thank you so sincerely for Christine and Lena and please know that we appreciate everything they do everyday and all the hard work they do and make it such a nice property to live at. We are fortunate to call Loma Vista home. Thank you for your time and consideration of my personal review. Very respectfully- Donna Valdez.
