  This shop is fantastic! Recently bought a Bourgeois acoustic from Heartbreaker Guitars and the experience was perfect. Brendan was super responsive to e-mails. The guitar was shipped very quickly and was well packed. Doesn’t get any better than that! Will absolutely purchase from this shop again.

  I just purchased a Bourgeois OMC from Heartbreaker Guitars and the experience was fantastic. I visited the store in early May of 21 while on a trip to Vegas but didn’t find what I was looking for. The staff was great to work with and showed me several models. They even Demo’d a few so that I could sit in front of them and hear what an audience would hear. A few weeks later they had what I wanted in stock and I bought it over the phone without ever putting my hands on it! A little scary given the price, but after spending time in the store I was confident they knew what I wanted so I trusted them. It arrived a few days in perfect condition and it sounded even better than I had hoped. Thanks to everyone at Heartbreaker,

  Brendan remained professional and accommodating even after I expressed my disappointment in the guitar I had just received, mostly for aesthetic reasons (is that even a valid reason to ask for a different guitar?). A couple of emails later we agreed on a replacement, and the new one arrived in a timely manner. No attempt to force me to keep the first guitar, just a nice and smooth transaction all along.
  I'm now super happy with my new instrument :-)
  Fantastic shop and great owner, highly recommended!

  I recently purchased a Furch red pure series cutaway guitar and am very happy with the experience. I ordered on Wednesday morning and received it three days later. It arrived professionally packed and set up. It played like a dream right out of the box! If you're looking for a fine instrument, I would recommend Hearthbreaker Guitars to anyone. They sell some of the best guitars made. Carly and Brendan's customer service was great. I called them both several times with questions about the guitar and they happily answered all of them. Highly recommend!
