“I have been going to this facility for a couple of months now. When my primary care doctor gave me a referral for another PT facility, I requested her to change it to Premier Physical & Sports Performance instead, due to its 5-star rating. I am truly glad, I chose this facility and did not regret at all because ALL the staff are VERY friendly and accommodating from the receptionists to the techs and the therapists. They all treat you like a family and everybody knows your name by heart the moment you enter the facility. The facility may not be presentably looking from outside compared to other high end facilities but it does not matter. What is important is the amazing personal service they give me every single time I am there. Everybody is happy and smiling. Kudos to all the staff who make me feel better everyday not only physically but emotionally as well. Thank you guys for your fantastic service. It's a dilemma, so if you're here and find it in the isles, you should be as pleased and surprised at your find as I. “This place is secure and efficient, covered, gated storage for all sizes of RV. Best of all, it is very eady to manouver inside the lot. Getting in and out of my spot was a breeze. We loved that they have air (for tires) and water (for tanks), free, with easy access. The highway ramp and the access road, like almost everywhere in Vegas, is under construction, but this is a growing area. We came in from AZ, took the 515 around the west and north, then got on the I-15 for the last 10 miles or so, to avoid going through the center of Vegas.”
