“If I could give this business 10 stars, I would! At the beginning of this month, my Range Rover Evoque was having some issues with the transfer case leaking. Long story short, my warranty company was not very helpful and made things extremely difficult for Desert Oasis and I. Even though this was the case, the staff here, especially Michael, was so wonderful throughout the entire process. Not only was I constantly kept in the loop (I love the texting feature they have!), but they were completely transparent and upfront about my portion and I could tell they genuinely cared about my situation. Armando is also awesome and did a great job fixing everything! Not to mention, the day that it happened, they were able to squeeze me in no problem and I really appreciated that. All in all, if you’re looking for a trustworthy spot to get your vehicle taken care of, Desert Oasis is it 👍🏻 the customer service is amazing (something that can be very hard to find in Las Vegas) and I wouldn’t want to take my vehicle anywhere else!
