He dealt with us honestly from start to finish and I would recommend buying an RV from him 10 times out 10. Plus he is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory. We purchased an RV from him and it took awhile to get because of COVID. Also the unit was very in demand and the price went up while we were waiting for the unit to come in, and he made sure the price we saw on Day 1 was honored. So that was incredibly awesome. Tony Romero has excellent customer service skills, is very communicative, and he made what could have been a stressful experience end up being a very pleasant experience. Also, the overall staff at this facility is for the most part just incredible. We were fortunate to work with people who were kind, informative, educational, etc. We were first time RV buyers so having this type of experience was really great, they made sure that we were pointed in the right direction and we were given a basic education about how to get started with maintenance, things to know, etc. We really appreciated every part of the experience and we will definitely go back!!”

I was walking, and they noticed i walked up, one of three men said wait a minute are you walking? I said yes. Then the other manwent to the back and brought out a little wagon.He said im sure this will make it easier for you. And the woman put the battery on the wagon for me. I told them i would return it.
