He worked on our roof-top AC and ran into an unexpected problem due to the camper sitting in salty air at the beach for several years. A simple fan blade replacement turned into a much larger issue. But he tested and adjusted on that thing until it was running like a champ!!! I'll be bringing a new (to me) camper to Lake Royale in a few weeks, and he'll be the first person I call to come look it over and see if there are any maintenance issues that need to be taken care of! “I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Chad has hands down went above and beyond to take care of my son and his riding needs. Gave him my sons KTM 50 that needed a full rebuild and we were leaving for a big trip to glamis in two weeks. Expecting not to be done in time because parts are hard to get Chad calls me less then a week later and completed the bike for my son. Not only did he complete it super fast he went above and beyond and fully tuned up and cleaned the bike for little man to be ready for glamis. About a month after this Chad let’s me call him personally to give recommendations when looking to purchase a new bike and ends up offering me a great deal on a bike he personally worked on. States “I know how happy your son will be “ just continue to goes above and beyond for my son to continue to rip. All the staff are super friendly and great with their customers. “Josh and John (who was a sub) were amazing. I had just gotten my replaced at another store, but when I was driving the car felt wobbly. The store I had originally taken my car to was closed, so I stopped into Tire Choice. They got me in quickly given it was a busy day, even though I was likely not a priority . They were able to test the tightness of my lug nuts and found that two of them were cross-threaded. Instead of trying to fix it themselves and potentially breaking a lug nut, an expensive repair, they gave me their professional opinion to get the problem fixed with the original shop since they were responsible for the issue. Very grateful for their help. Definitely reccomend!”

“What super awesome luck I had finding Raff! We were broke down on the side of the highway. Towing covered our bus, but the trailer with the Harley had to go separately. Raff drove over and got it for us! This COULD have been a nightmare. Alternator bearing locked up and took out the serpentine belt. Had it towed to Raff's and he hooked us up with water and electric for the night. Had 3 guys on it at 8AM and it's almost finished at 2:30PM. Fast, friendly, fair and knowledgeable. I would give them 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU Raff and crew!”
