BUT Nate is one of the people that deserves a handshake . I have ALWAYS had such terrible downright criminal experiences with mechanics and mechanics shops ,up and down left and right horrible ! I had truly almost given up , so glad I didn’t have time to work on my vehicle this time ! Any company would be lucky too have such a knowledgeable, professional working and representing their services. I would imagine The only ways you could receive this kind of experience is A- if you owned the shop and employed the mechanic working on your vehicle. Or B. “So, it's a little long but I'll try to summarize. About two months ago I came here for a rotation and tire re-balancing. Super nice group and pretty laid back in my eyes. Everything went smooth, off I go. This morning I replaced my brakes with a friend to save money and hang out together. While doing it, he noticed I was missing a spacer ring to my custom rims. I came back here to explain the situation and the mechanic remembered me and/or my car and replied 'we kept it for you.' I was super happy about this and in ways blown away. I really appreciated they held onto it despite not remembering what car it went to. I do not fault them for the spacer ring, if anything, I am complementing them for holding onto it. I can't say I ever worked with a shop or a dealership that does that. Thanks guys I really appreciate it.”
