“I am extremely grateful for Dr. Singh! He is not only exceptional at his craft; he genuinely cares about his patients and truly wants them to have the best possible outcome. I was a complicated case because not only am I extremely near-sighted, I also had multiple refractive cornea procedures in the past including a partial cornea transplant. He was exceptional at extensively analyzing all of my measurements to calculate the best refractive lens. His bedside manner is so refreshing, he took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed. The refractive lens replacement surgery that he performed will allow me to finally throw away the contacts that have burdened my eyes for over 40 years. I will need mild correction for reading and possibly a little distance, but when you consider my focus had been two inches in front of my face, it is nothing short of a miracle and tremendously life impacting in all the best ways! I'm excited to swim, camp, ATV, see the shampoo bottle in the shower, and get out of bed without reaching for my glasses! This morning's sunrise brought tears to my eyes-to be able to see all the vibrant colors without correction for the first time in my life was incredible! I would not have gone to any other doctor in the world. We are blessed to have Dr. Singh in Las Vegas!!”

“I started my fertility journey in 2020 with FCLV. Dr. Bedient was not my original doctor but for some reason every time I had a procedure scheduled such as IUI etc she always seemed to perform it. She made me feel so safe and comfortable that I eventually asked the office to make her my permanent doctor. During my 5 rounds of IUI, 2 of which resulted in pregancies but eventual miscarriages, dr bedient was with me throughout. She performed my DandC after my miscarriage and was so patient and warm. Her bedside manner is what drew me to her the most. All doctors are qualified but a doctor who makes u feel taken care of especially when u are going through fertility treatments and all that follows is rare. During my IVF she would respond to my emails within hours sometimes even on a Sunday. Ivf can be a very emotionally draining experience filled with anxiety and fear of everything that could go wrong. But dr bedient was always the calm in that storm for me. Even when i had only one viable embryo after my retrieval all she said is it only takes one, which made me feel very reassured. I am 12 weeks along now and had my first OB check up today with my regular doctor so I guess it did only take one. I cant thank dr bedient enough for making my wish of a 2nd child come true. The last 2 years were the toughest and she was there with me throughout. Miscarriages, danc, retrieval, transfer the whole nine yards. I highly reccomend her to anyone wanting to expand their family.”

“Appointment wait very good; 2weeks from call and could have been one week. All staff were kind and patient. Dr. Kim listens and explains to my standard which is kind of high. We make treatment decision based on his knowledgeable recommendations. Hector the tech was exceptionally present giving my injections putting what my needs were first. Not his busyness. They are clearly busy; there is an underlying feeling of that but they seem to do a good job of not allowing it to interfere with care.”

“I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Duke and her team. Dealing with fertility issues can be overwhelming, but they took such great care of me and my husband. I reflect back and am so grateful. Dr. Duke was always very knowledgable and honest, giving us all options, and never pressuring us into any decisions. I talk to a lot of friends who have had other fertility doctors, and they didn't have such a thorough, warm, and caring experience. The nurses and Dr. Duke were so responsive. I always felt like a person they cared about and not just another patient. I also had the text line whenever I had questions pop up about medications or my treatments. The wonderful nurses would make phone calls in the evening to update my directions after blood work or ultrasounds. The in-office phlebotomist is great as well! I had two failed IUIs before deciding to move forward with IVF and each process and procedure was a positive experience. Even after I "graduated" from NFI, I had spotting 14 weeks into my pregnancy and texted the help line. Dr. Duke responded within 15 minutes on a Sunday to calm my nerves! I am now 24 weeks along with that IVF pregnancy. I love my regular OB and was still sad to graduate from NFI. If I decide to move forward with any future fertility care, it will definitely be with Dr. Duke and her NFI team.”
