I waited a total of 5 minutes after checkin before being brought back to a room. The MA was professional, I am spacing on her name, but she was quick and helpful. The MA brought me to the room and it was 5-10 minutes before Erin, the provider came back. Erin was professional and thorough. In my experience, chronic back pain is brushed off in urgent care/E.R’s. That was not the case here and I felt I got the care I needed. Johnny, the nurse, was awesome too. Quick and easy shot to help with the spasms.”
