“They have always been helpful. Staff knowledgeable. I purchased 2 phones around Christmastime and the girl told me I HAD to have insurance on the phone for at least 6 months. I needed the phones so agreed. After paying for it twice and ready the third time I asked around and nobody had heard that. When I went in to pay my monthly on the phone I asked clerk about that 6month deal (different girl) and she was a bit confused and said no that was incorrect. I cancelled the insurance and that's the end of that. I wasn't in the mode for getting that employee in trouble for giving false info.....the end”

The smiles, the check-backs, always letting me know what was going on, all unlike ANY doctors office I’ve ever been in. Star, Dr Wong’s nurse was so kind, compassionate, informative and so very sweet!! Dr Wong is an amazing doctor!! First, he read my chart BEFORE seeing me. He asked a lot of questions to be sure he understood my complete medical history and symptoms. Also, before i ever had to ask, Dr Wong referred me to the various doctors that i was going to ask for referrals to. He answered every question patiently and asked throughout the visit if I understood and if I had any questions. He’s one of the BEST DOCTORS I’ve seen in ages!! On top of all of that, he’s human: meaning he’s personable, funny, and very reassuring. After the appointment, Star walked me to the desk to schedule my tests and follow-up appointment. I can’t remember her name but she was also very sweet, apologizing when she couldn’t get me in for a test as quickly as she had hoped. I feel very lucky knowing Dr Wong is my doctor and each member of his office staff works there with him.”
