“Steve at Southwest Modular is a rare find for used office furniture at a really affordable price. He has a really personable approach, and he hooked us up! We drove around to all of the stores that we found for "used furniture" in Las Vegas and were shocked that mainly they had nothing used in stock and they all had priced their used desks and conference tables about the same price as their new furniture. At Southwest Modular, I found the desk I wanted and they delivered my used executive desk and wall mounted shelving unit to the office with installation - totally smooth process. I was already frazzled from things going on in the day and it made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was very conscious of my budget and made sure he gave me realistic options. I never once felt like I was being “sold“. I felt like you truly had my best interest at heart both physically mentally and financially. “Found this place on a search for a dream Cloud Mattresses. A bit out of my area but they had a great deal going on for the mattress we were looking for. No strong arm sales here, just tell them what you’re looking for and they give you the info to make your decision easy. We were so happy with our dream cloud that we decided to take advantage of the ability to upgrade after 30 days. I’m now laying here trying to stay awake on the pillow top style cloud just to write this review. The upgrade like the original sale, was fast friendly and hassle free. “WOW! That's all I can say. I had purchased a bed frame from another furniture place that I won't mention in this review and they failed to let me know I'd need a box frame to sleep on the bed! Didn't offer to sell me one, nothing! SO I called up Best Mattress and talked to the staff and they said as long as I was there within the order time frame they could deliver the same day! Well I ran down to the store, ordered (5 mins before the cut off time) and they delivered it the same day. They called 30 minutes out, they worked with my apartment staff to get access to my unit since I couldn't leave work. What an outstanding business from start to finish. Now I get a great night sleep and got a great deal and amazing customer service. I'll not only recommend Best Mattress, but I'll probably be buying a bed upgrade from them in the future. GREAT JOB!”

They give great discounts the more you buy, are very fair with their prices, professional and back up their products. The delivery guys were great as well. Respectful and on time. “Michelle at Willbanks did an amazing job of redesigning my kitchen. Although the footprint of the space didn't change, the functionality doubled! It looks amazing and has so much more useable space. The quality of the cabinets is second to none and well worth every penny. The only downside to the whole experience was the general contractor (M White) they recommended to do the actual installation. While the quality of the work performed by his crew was good, communications were not. What he promised to finish in 5 days actually took 7 weeks. There were many days no one showed up on the job or even called. All in all, I would not hesitate to use Willbanks, I would just ask that they refer you to another general contractor for the actual installation.”
