He removed scar tissue from a surgery I should never of had, due to macular degeneration. The "other eye surgeon" just got $ not sharing my condition. Or that the surgery would make the treatment for mac deg, not a option for me. But Dr Westfield explained it all to me. Taking time to to speak it in English til I understood what I had, what I could do to prevent early blindness and as i said lifted a 40 yr cloud of darkness I feared. He is semi retired but I beg, til I get a very rare appt with him now. When he retires all the way. I will be very very upset.”
