For that to work though you have to be very communicative about what results you are looking for. The whole program puts more than just my physical health into perspective. Her meal plans work when you work with them! She makes it easy to lose weight and not feel like I'm eating rabbit food. I manage my eating habits better, I'm motivated to work out harder, but I'm also relieving stress. She makes you feel like you can talk about anything without judgement. She turns your stress into motivation to do better. My results so far have been great and steady.
